Meet the Photographer

I have been photographing since I turned 12 but reignited my passion for photography and Photoshop about 15 years ago.  My twins were born and I discovered studio work and lighting.  I love creating photo composites with 3D digital backgrounds.  I enjoy blending surreal with traditional imagery.  Sometimes not being real can be amazing and interesting.

I love collaborating with models, MUAs, and other photographers on new, creative ideas.  For me, the real value is not in the techniques or technology but working with others to help formulate ideas that result in innovative and beautiful images.

I normally work in the studio but I am open to other ideas as well.  I will consider TFP/TFCD or paid work or a combination of both.

I do my studio work at a large 3000 square foot studio in Santa Clara, California (John Brennan Photography Studio).  I took a studio workshop from John approximately 16 years ago and have been photographing there ever since.  It is a fully equipped studio which I supplement with a number of studio lights, some props, clothing, and several backgrounds.
